I have uploaded 2.090 to replace 2.089 because a number of bugs in it have been fixed that were found in 2.089 and because 2.090 has past the test of completing all the robot demos.
However because of lots of changes made to Seramless3d over the past few months and because of many events taking over on top of each other leaving me with no time to do follow-ups, Seamless3d has accumulated a number of bugs that will just have to wait a while so please be extra patient and treat seamless with kids gloves.
The tool bar's tool tip is currently not working but will return soon I hope now Christmas is over and daily debugging on seamless has resumed.
The main changes for 2.090 are:
Pov-Ray files can be output (almost always a better option than taking a screen shot of a real time rendered image)
The 3d window can now be resized without the need to close and re-open seamless.
The user will notice the tool bar is now contained inside the 3d window. This is because the toolbar has been converted to a DirectX surface (a 2d layer) instead of using the Win32 API. This should ultimately make the tool bar more reliable because it simplifies everything and lets me have more control over it's behaviour. Also I think using DirectX instead of Win32 should result in greater uniformity between win 98 and win XP. It is now one of the highest priorates to get the control panels and the Scene Tree window also under the control of DirectX because a lot of the current interface bugs can be bypassed this way.
